Alcatraz Festival has announced dates, lineup size and ticket availability for its 2027 edition.

By Wire — Alcatraz Festival will run 5–8 August 2027 in Kortrijk, Belgium. The festival has confirmed 123 bands for the lineup. Tickets went on sale on 12 August.

Anthrax release single from new studio album

By Wire — Anthrax have released a new single and video, “Everybody’s Got A Plan”, taken from their twelfth studio album Cursum Perficio. The record is due on 18 September via Nuclear Blast Records, with Megaforce Records handling North American distribution.

Why it matters — First Anthrax studio album in over a decade, per Nuclear Blast’s designation of it as their twelfth full-length.
